(Delicious green curry with tofu at Veronica, Scheveningen)
We've had the pleasure of enjoying delicious vegan curries at Veronica thai restaurant on the beach of Scheveningen several times. The staff has assured us that fish or meat can be replaces by tofu in most dishes on the menu, yet there is not a single vegetarian dish on the menu. If you're a vegetarian strolling by and glansing at the menu, you are most likely not to give Veronica a chance.
